The Cardshark Emporium is an Australian business based in Melbourne, proudly shipping all products from local warehouses.

**Dispatch**
We strive to pack and dispatch your orders quickly to ensure a safe and efficient delivery. All orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day of ordering, and whenever possible, we dispatch orders the same day.

**Delivery Options**

**Click & Collect:**
We offer a free Click & Collect service for our local Melbourne customers who wish to pick up their orders from our Beveridge location. Once your order is placed, we will arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

To use this option, please select "Local Pick-Up" at checkout, and a team member will contact you to confirm details. Please bring photo ID and a copy of your order upon collection.

*Note:* Orders placed for Click & Collect that remain uncollected for 14 days will be cancelled and refunded. A courtesy reminder will be sent via email after 7 days.

**Standard Delivery:**

- *Delivery Timeframe:* 2-7 Business Days
- *Cost:* $10 flat rate nationwide, fully tracked unless otherwise specified

**Express Delivery:**
- *Postage Partner:* Australia Post
- *Delivery Timeframe:* 1-2 Business Days
- *Cost:* Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully tracked

**Shipping Delays**
In rare cases, unforeseen delays may affect your delivery. If you suspect an issue with your shipment, please contact Customer Care at **thecardsharkemporium@gmail.com** or reach out through our social media within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email. We’ll promptly investigate with our courier partners.
