Customer Support Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST/AEDT

Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm AEST/AEDT

Sunday: Closed

Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available from our Beveridge, Victoria location.

Please place your order online and select the available Local Pick-Up / Click & Collect option during checkout.

Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before attending for collection.

Collection details and instructions will be provided when your order is ready.

If another person will be collecting your order on your behalf, please contact us beforehand where required so appropriate arrangements can be made.

ARK Grading Enquiries

The Cardshark Emporium accepts trading card grading submissions through our ARK Grading service.

For grading submissions, bulk grading enquiries or submission updates, please contact us and include "ARK Grading" in your enquiry where possible.
